About the role

Ghostviber is a product for creators — but distribution is what turns it into a category-defining platform.

This role is about understanding how creators think, what actually resonates, and how to turn a product into something people want to use and talk about.

We're not looking for someone to “run social media”. We're looking for someone who can build and scale distribution — turning content into consistent growth.

What you'll do

·Create and iterate on short-form content (TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts)
·Translate product capabilities into content that drives engagement and conversion
·Test hooks, formats, and storytelling angles at scale
·Identify what resonates with artists and systematically double down on it
·Work on turning content into a scalable acquisition channel — not one-off posts.
·Define positioning, messaging, and brand voice
·Work directly on scaling distribution and testing high-impact growth strategies

What we expect

·Deep understanding of rap / music culture and creator behavior
·Strong intuition for content that performs (not just looks good)
·Ability to consistently generate and test ideas
·Understanding of attention, hooks, retention, and virality
·Data-aware mindset — you learn from what works and iterate
·Ability to connect product value with audience needs

Nice to have

·Experience growing accounts, brands, or products
·Experience with TikTok / IG Reels / YouTube Shorts at scale
·Ability to produce and edit short-form content (fast turnaround)
·Understanding of creator tools, music production, or AI tools
·Experience designing and scaling repeatable growth loops
