This role is about turning attention into users — and users into paying customers.
This isn’t a classic B2B sales pipeline. Growth happens through content, community, direct interaction, and understanding what actually makes creators say:
“I need this.”
What you'll do
- ·Turn product interest into consistent, repeatable revenue
- ·Experiment with high-conversion direct-response approaches (DMs, live sessions, community interaction)
- ·Work with content and product to improve conversion
- ·Identify high-potential user segments and double down
- ·Test different ways of positioning and selling the product
- ·Design and scale repeatable revenue loops
What we expect
- ·Strong ability to sell to individuals (B2C)
- ·Ability to turn attention into action (not just views)
- ·Understanding of creator behavior and psychology
- ·Comfort with direct interaction (DMs, comments, community)
- ·Experimental mindset — test, learn, iterate
- ·Ownership — you treat revenue as your responsibility
Nice to have
- ·Experience in creator economy / music / digital products
- ·Experience selling subscriptions or digital tools
- ·Strong communication and persuasion skills
- ·Experience with TikTok / IG / YouTube ecosystems
- ·Understanding of funnels, conversion, retention
